Hello, I am Nate Oswalt and I have been a licensed Realtor for the past 6 years. I started my real estate career like many other people do, I was an investor who wanted to buy rental properties. I found a partner and we bought a property. That is when we decided we needed to try to save some money by getting a license so we could buy and sell our own properties.

Prior to that I worked as a Vendor Manager for AT&T and traveled extensively through Central America and India where I managed call centers. I knew that was not my calling, so when I learned I could make money helping people buy and sell homes I jumped at the opportunity.

I was a single dad of a son for 9 years and we did everything together. I could not be prouder.

I spend most of my time helping my beautiful wife in the garden or on some adventure with her, but when we are not busy, I spend my time playing games and going to conventions so, helping my community became a natural plan.
